    Joacquin "Jay" Richard, the CEO of PerchPoint Supply Chain Consulting, brings over 17 years of expertise in supply chain and logistics management, including 8 years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force. She has a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and also Supply Chain Management, while also being a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and SAP Consultant. Her career has been defined by a commitment to operational excellence, strategic innovation, and a results-driven approach that builds trust and delivers value.

    Joacquin's years in the Air Force instilled in her a disciplined approach to problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability—qualities she brings to every client engagement at PerchPoint.
